Entry to the practice is completely step-free, and we’ve ensured that all access points, including doors, hallways, and one treatment room, is wide enough to comfortably accommodate manual and powered wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and walkers.
Inside the practice, patients will find an open and uncluttered layout with plenty of turning space and a welcoming atmosphere. We’ve intentionally designed our waiting and treatment areas to reduce physical and emotional stress, with comfortable seating and calm surroundings.
Ample Space and Support for Mobility Aids
We understand that our patients may arrive with various forms of mobility support, from wheelchairs and scooters to walking frames and assistance dogs.
That’s why we’ve included dedicated, secure space within the practice to safely store equipment during treatment. Whether you need a discreet place to leave your walking stick or assistance transferring from a wheelchair to the dental chair, our team is always here to help.
We’re happy to assist with any equipment logistics and can provide extra time before and after your appointment for a smooth and unrushed experience. The only thing we cannot offer is OPG scans or CBCT scans due to the location, however, should you need one of these scans, we can refer you to the nearest scanning centre.
