I recently had my wisdom tooth extracted and was nervous, especially since I’d been in a lot of pain leading up to the procedure. Having never had major dental work done before, other than extractions under general anaesthetic for braces, I didn’t know what to expect. However, the entire team made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. James was incredibly calm and reassuring, explaining everything so clearly, which helped me relax despite my nerves. The procedure itself was quick and virtually painless—much easier than I had feared. I left feeling relieved, pain-free, and grateful for such a smooth, professional experience. If you’re anxious about dental work, I highly recommend this practice. You’ll be in safe hands!

I had my first appointment at Optimal Dental Health on Monday after receiving out of date advice by my usual dentist, which made me seek a second opinion. James offered me a much better, less invasive and more cost effective solution and not only that I received great advice to improve my dental and gum health but more importantly maintain it too…and my smile!
